There are endless possibilities with this card layout, which makes it one I will reuse over and over again with different stamps sets and color combinations.

Stampin' Up! Merry & Bright ~ Card from the Catalog

The Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper used for the background of this card is no longer available.  That's okay though, because there are still many wonderful DSP packs to choose from and this card is very flexible.  Just pick something that coordinates with the colors you love, OR, keep your background a solid color.

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute ~ Merry & Bright Christmas Card

 

Yesterday I shared a card created with Beary Cute stamps and no bear!  So today's card HAD to include one of the bears!  This one is so simple to stamp, then punch with the coordinating bear punch!

The paper is the front and back of the same sheet from A Walk in the Forest Designer Series Paper.  I love it when I can use both sides of one piece of paper so easily.  It makes for quick cards that I don't have to think too hard about!

Stampin' Up! Beary Cute ~ Where are the bears?

How does it happen that I buy a stamp set because of the adorable polar bears and then end up making a card without the bears?  Turns out the entire set is just really great and bears are not actually required (at least not on ALL the cards! lol)

After stamping the tree and gifts, I fussy cut them with my trusty Stampin' Snips scissors. I cut close to the stamped outline, then used the matching Stampin' Write Marker to go around the edges so no white was showing.  The sentiment and small gift were attached with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
