Hi! Today's card was inspired by this simply wonderful sketch from Global Design Project. I love how versatile a simple sketch like this one can be. There's still plenty of time for you to join this sketch challenge!
There wasn't enough room on my die cut cardstock to stamp both images without squishing them, so I stamped and colored my images first. Then, I fussy cut just the kangaroo's tail. When I used the die, I slipped the 'roo tail over the top of the die before carefully running it partway through my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Then, I turned the die & cardstock and ran the rest of it through, avoiding running the part with the tail completely through.
