It doesn't take much time at all to create this card and matching tag! Sunny Splash stamps are great for summer birthdays, pool parties, and just a bright and cheerful hello card.

Card Base ~ Mango Melody Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Layer 1 ~ Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper ~ 4" x 5-1/4"
Layer 2 ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 3-1/2" x 2"
Scrap of Basic White CS for the swimsuit
A few Melon Mambo dots from Stampin' Up!'s Glossy Dots Assortment are the perfect way to finish this card with a fun element.
For the tag, I used the largest die from Tailor Made Tags. Attach the scrap of DSP to the Basic White CS before cutting out the tag shape. I also find it easier to do my stamping before die cutting.
