Stampin' Up! Sweet Ice Cream ~ Card from the Catalog p. 33

This week's Card From the Catalog can be found on p. 33 of the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.  I didn't change much on this one, mostly just the colors.  However, I did laugh at myself as I was taking pictures for this blog post.  One card I forgot to add the bling on the ice cream.  The 2nd card I forgot to stamp the dots on the card base.  Evidently I'm a mess today!  Thankfully, they both look good, even with the different skipped steps.  

MEASUREMENTS

Card Base ~ Soft Succulent Cardstock ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", score at 4-1/4"

Layer 1 ~ Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper ~ 3-3/4" x 5"

Layer 2 ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 1" x 3-1/4"

Inside Layer ~ Basic White Cardstock ~ 4" x 5-1/4"

• Stamp the confetti dots around the edge of the Card Base with Soft Succulent ink.
• Use Soft Suede ink to stamp the ice cream cone, stamping off once before stamping the triangle.  Don't stamp off before stamping the crosshatch on the cone. 
• Without stamping off, stamp the ice cream twice with Soft Sea Foam, then two more times with Soft Succulent.
• Stamp the sentiment with Soft Succulent on Layer 2
• Adhere Layer 1 to your card base
• Use a small amount of Liquid Glue to attach both of the Soft Sea Foam ice creams to cones.  Repeat with one of the Soft Succulent ice creams.
• Attach the three ice creams to the front of the card with Stampin' Dimensionals, as shown.
• Place three Stampin' Dimensionals behind the sentiment and attach it to the front of your card, slightly overlapping two of the ice cream cones.
• Place three jewels on each of the ice creams. (as shown on the picture at the end of this post)

On the Inside Layer, stamp the sentiment with Soft Succulent ink.  Then, adhere the Inside Layer to the inside of your card.  Stamp the confetti dots on the remaining ice cream with Soft Suede Ink...I think this makes it look like a Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cone, my favorite!  Then, glue the cone, followed by the ice cream, to the inside of the card.
