Hi! Thanks for swinging by my blog today. I enjoy cardmaking and sharing those cards with others. This card is quick to make and can be easily adapted by changing the Designer Series Paper and coordinating ink and cardstock colors.
MEASUREMENTS
Blackberry Bliss Card Base ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
DSP ~ 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" and 1/2" x 5-1/4" (inside)
Vellum Cardstock ~ 1" x 4-1/8"
Basic White ~ at least 3-1/4" x 2" and 4" x 5-1/4" (inside)
1. Stamp the sentiment in the center of the Basic White Cardstock
2. Glue the Vellum to the DSP.
3. Attach a couple of glue dots on the vellum. Then, wrap the ribbon around the vellum and DSP, securing with the glue dots.
4. Attach the DSP to the Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
5. Use the die from Painted Labels Dies to cut around the sentiment.
6. Attach the sentiment over the ribbon and vellum with Stampin' Dimensionals.
7. Add the ladybug with a Glue Dot for the finishing touch.
For the inside of the card, glue the DSP strip to the edge of the Basic White Cardstock. Then, attach the Basic White CS to the inside of the card.
