Stampin' Up! Snailed It Birthday Card

Hi!  Welcome to my blog!  When I sat down to create today, I knew I wanted to use the fun Snailed It stamps.  Since the coordinating Snail Mail Designer Series Paper has sold out, I decided to see what I could do with some of the current Designer Series Paper.  Isn't this Pattern Play DSP perfect!?  I love these colors with this stamp set and the pattern is sweet!

MEASURMENTS

Pumpkin Pie Card Base ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Pattern Party DSP ~ 4" x 5-1/4" and 1/4" x 5-1/4" (inside)
Bermuda Bay Cardstock ~ 1/2" x 5-1/2"
Granny Apple Green Cardstock ~ 1/2" x 5-1/2"
Poppy Parade Cardstock ~ 1/2" x 3-3/4"
Pumpkin Pie Cardstock ~ 2-1/2" x 2-1/2"
Basic White Cardstock ~ 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" and 4" x 5-1/4" (inside)

1.  Stamp the mushrooms on Basic White CS using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  Then, stamp 'Happy Birthday' on the Poppy Parade CS.
2.  Punch one end of the Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, and Poppy Parade CS 1/2" strips with the Banners Pick a Punch.
3.  Use Stampin' Blends to color in the mushrooms.
4.  Using Layering Circles Dies, cut out the mushrooms.  Then, cut out a Pumpkin Pie circle to layer under it.
5.  Attach the layers to the Card Base, as shown.  I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue on everything except the back of the Pumpkin Pie circle; for that, I used Stampin' Dimensionals.

Add the DSP strip to the bottom of the 4" Basic White CS.  Then, glue the Basic White CS to the inside of the card.
