Hi! Have you seen the new You're a Peach Suite Collection? It's a beautiful collection, with stamps, dies, DSP and even small jam jars! Today's card uses everything except the dies.
The blue used in the Designer Series Paper is Balmy Blue, but I decided to use Misty Moonlight on this card. Partly because it's one of my favorite blues and partly because I wanted to use the Misty Moonlight twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo.
MEASUREMENTS
Misty Moonlight Card Base ~ 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Basic White CS ~ 4" x 5-1/4" (*2, you will need one for the inside, too), & scraps
DSP ~ 3" x 4"
Misty Moonlight CS ~ 2-3/4" x 3/4"
1. Stamp the peach using Calypso Coral on a scrap of Basic White CS.
2. Stamp the peach leaves using Pear Pizzazz on another scrap of Basic White CS
(or use the same piece if it's large enough)
3. Stamp 'Happy Birthday' on a scrap of Basic White CS
4. Wrap the twine around the DSP, tie in a knot and trim
5. Use the Banners Pick a Punch to punch the ends of the strip of Misty Moonlight
6. Run on of the 4" x 5-1/4" pieces of Basic White CS through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine using the Bark Embossing Folder, or Embossing folder of your choice
7. Cut out the peach and leaves with the coordinating dies
8. Trim around the 'Happy Birthday', then glue on the strip of Misty Moonlight CS
9. Attach the layers using adhesives of your choice
For the inside, stamp the sentiment using Misty Moonlight and Calypso Coral.
Stamp tiny flowers on the bottom corner using Calypso Coral.
Attach the stamped on Basic White CS to the inside of your card with adhesive of your choice.
