This card uses Stampin' Up!'s Tasteful Touches Stamp Set. Aren't these stamps gorgeous!? So many possibilities here. I love this set and am so happy it is going to be included in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.
I used a Stitched Rectangle Die to cut out the sentiment after stamping. I feel like it's easier to line the die up straight than it is to stamp straight! When die cutting, I use a piece of washi tape to hold the die where I want it while cutting. Just be sure to put the washi on the edge of the die and not over the part you are keeping after cutting it out.
The feathers and the flower were fussy cut using Paper Snips. These are the best scissors I have found for cutting around images like this. Those feathers took a minute with all those little niches.
Each layer, except the flower, was attached with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I often use this glue because it gives me a little more time to adjust each piece before it is permanently stuck. The flower was attached with Stampin' Dimensionalts to give it more, well... dimension.
Stamp off once before stamping the inside flower so it's not quite so dark. It's the perfect touch for the inside of the card, as well as the front of the envelope.
