Whew! Today was a lovely and busy day. I wasn't sure I was going to have time to create a card and get it posted, but I did! This one is for sketch challenge 839 over at SplitcoastStampers.
When I saw this sketch, I immediately wanted to use Stampin' Up!'s Daisy Lane stamp set and Medium Daisy Punch. The Flower & Field Designer Series Paper from Sale-A-Bration coordinates beautifully with this set, so it was an easy choice for the background.
The flower was colored using Sponge Daubers, then punched out. I punched two full flowers, then fussy cut the center of another and layered it all together. The final flower was then attached with a Stampin' Dimensional. The 'Smile' sentiment was also fussy cut and attached with a Stampin' Dimensional.
The inside of the card was stamped with the butterfly same butterfly as the card front, and another daisy. I put this same daisy on the envelope front, then added DSP to the envelope flap.
